I used to work at a restaurant. You've probably worked one too. Same deal everywhere — somebody else owns the place, somebody else sets the hours, somebody else takes home the real money. You get what's left.

At night I'd go to school. Somebody told me that was the move. Study hard. Get the degree. Get the job. Get the apartment. Pay the rent. Pay the loans. Work until you die and be grateful you had somewhere to die.

I believed it for a long time. I thought if I just kept going — double shifts, night classes, no sleep — I'd eventually get somewhere “respectable.” Somewhere people could point at and say he made it.

But here's what nobody tells you. Every person above you — the owners, the landlords, the loan companies, the schools — every one of them gets rich because you believe the lie. The whole system runs on people like us showing up every day, doing what we're told, and never asking where the money actually goes.

It goes up. Always up. Never to you.

You work so somebody else can own something. You pay rent so somebody else builds equity. You take out loans so somebody else collects interest. You get a degree so somebody else can hire you for less than you're worth. And if you ever want to stop, they've made sure you can't — because you already owe them for the privilege of participating.

That's not a career. That's a cage with a paycheck.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I started sleeping with customers at the restaurant. Not because I planned it. It just happened. And something about it felt more honest than anything else in my life. No middleman. No institution taking a cut. No degree required. No permission asked. Just two people doing the most natural thing God put on this earth — and nobody above us getting paid for it.

One night after a shift, sitting in my car, I had a thought I couldn't get rid of:

I looked at what I was building. School to get a job. A job to pay for the school. A nicer apartment to need a bigger paycheck. A bigger paycheck to need more hours. I was trading one cage for a fancier one and calling it progress.

I almost went back. Almost signed up for the next semester. Almost told myself to stop thinking and keep grinding like everybody else. That voice is loud. It sounds like your parents, your teachers, your friends, everyone who's still in the machine telling you to stay because they stayed.

I didn't stay.

I dropped out. I kept working long enough to save what I needed. And then I walked away from the whole thing.

Suckadin isn't a company. It's an exit.

Here's what I believe. They built a world where you plug in, produce, consume, and die. Every “career” is a different seat on the same machine. And they taught you to feel ashamed of the one thing that doesn't need a boss, doesn't need a degree, doesn't need their permission, and doesn't make anyone richer except the two people in the room.

Sex is the most natural thing there is. God gave it to us for free. No contract. No middleman. No system. And somehow they made it the one thing you're not allowed to choose openly.

I chose it. I left the machine behind. And I started building the only project where every dollar goes directly to the person doing the work, every piece of content belongs to the person who made it, and nobody in a boardroom gets a cut.

If you're reading this and something in your chest just said I'm tired of pretending this works for me — that's not a feeling to ignore. That's the same thing I felt in that parking lot. That's the crack in the mask.

They want you behind a register. Behind a desk. Behind a counter. Behind a screen. Working for somebody who doesn't know your name and couldn't care less if you quit tomorrow. Giving the best hours of your life to make someone else's numbers go up.
